This seminar is designed to give new board members joining the board of a cultural organisation a sound understanding of governance and the perfect introduction to their role. This seminar is equally relevant to more experienced board members who would like a refresher on the changing nature of their roles and responsibilities. Participants will leave with the knowledge and confidence to play their part fully as a charity trustee and board member, and to maximise the contribution each can make to their organisation.
