A good Board is one of the key foundations of any good social enterprise, however, finding and recruiting the right people can be challenging.

When building your Board there are many things to consider. Do they have the time to commit to being a Board Member? Do they have the skills or experience we’re looking for? Is there a conflict in interest? Etc.
