In this fun and interactive workshop on the theme of Practice, we will explore
• How to create a strong culture, which promotes creativity
• How to use failure to your advantage
• How to develop flexibility in the workforce to meet customer demands and deal with constant changes in the market place
Exercises we use to explore this includes the idea of psychological safety; and various time management tools you can employ such as the Eisenhower Box.
The workshops are practical in nature and at the end you will have at least 1 action/ idea you can take away and develop in your own business.
