The SEVENTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the North Highland Regeneration Fund will be held at the Pentland Hotel, Thurso on 24 November 2023 at 10:30am.
- To approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- To receive the Report of the Directors and the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023
- To appoint auditors to hold office from the conclusion of the meeting to the conclusion of the next meeting at which the accounts are laid before the company at a remuneration to be determined by the directors
- To transact any other ordinary business proper to an Annual General Meeting of the Company
