We are a small, family run farm that produces organically grown vegetables of a large variety in Brough, Caithness. We farm regeneratively without heavy machinery in a market garden of 3 acres growing into 8 acres this year to offer a larger variety and scale of produce with seasonal vegetables harvested fresh daily for delivery.
Our flower farm grows stem flowers for market bouquets or wholesale stems between June and December. We have recently opened a small scale mushrooms and microgreens farm to start to offer these for sale from July 2023 onwards providing locally grown mushrooms and microgreens.
We currently sell via a box scheme delivering boxes to clients on a weekly basis and with our expansion this year we are now happy to offer wholesale to other retailers and Chefs.
Our 2024 is looking exciting with planning granted for our farm shop to start its build on our farm and look forward to growing our business into many other local businesses.
