Meeting room hire from the Chamber

Caithness Chamber of Commerce manages the Naver Business Centre in Thurso which offers a choice of meeting rooms at concessionary hire rates for full Chamber members.

We can offer a choice of modern, light and comfortable meeting rooms for up to 30 people (When the conference room is set-up in theatre layout). Rooms can be hired by the hour, half-day (8am-12noon / 1pm-5pm) or full day (8am-5pm).

Concession rates are available to current members of Caithness Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses, subject to satisfactory proof of membership.

A range of catering options to suit individual requirements are available at additional cost.

Conference Room

The conference room, which is 4.8m wide x 6.4m long x 2.4m high, will accommodate up to 16 people in a training style (standard for single day bookings). If the room is required for more than one day, we can provide the tables in one of 8 different styles, from traditional boardroom to exam style classroom layout. The conference room is equipped with a projector and screen, 5.1 sound system, whiteboard/flipchart, has five twin 13amp power outlets and five quad Cat 5e data sockets.

Boardroom

The boardroom, which is 3.6m wide x 4.3m long x 2.4m high, will accommodate up to 8 people around the table.

The room is equipped with a whiteboard/flipchart and projector screen (projector available for an additonal charge) Connectivity wise, there are three twin 13amp power outlets and three twin Cat 5e data sockets.
