Caithness Chamber of Commerce will hold an Election Hustings on Wednesday, 19th June, 2024 with the six candidates for the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross constituency.
This important event will bring together members of our Chamber network and the North Highland business community. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance, as well as engage directly on the night, fostering a dynamic and informative discussion on issues critical to our region’s business landscape.
The candidates are:
- Jamie Stone, Scottish Liberal Democrats
- Eva Kestner, Scottish Labour
- Anne Thomas, Scottish Greens
- Lucy Beattie, Scottish National Party
- Steve Chisholm, Alba
- Sandra Skinner, Reform UK

Please note this is a business event and will not be open to the general public. All attendees must register in advance. The event will be free to Chamber members and will be open to non-members at a cost of £10. Space will be limited to the capacity of the venue. Members have priority booking until Monday 10th June.

Covering the North of Scotland and based in Inverness, Màiri supports start-up businesses to get their ideas off the ground, with practical day-to-day support around planning and growth as well as hosting events locally.
A graduate of the University of Glasgow, Màiri is a native Gaelic speaker and is passionate about helping the often economically fragile communities of the Highlands and Islands to achieve their full potential.
Mairi is also past president of Highland Business Women and has a keen interest in supporting female founders.
